ABE recognized as a “Best Small Airport”
(Hanover Township, PA) – For a second consecutive year, Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) has been ranked among the “Best Small Airports” by Newsweek Readers’ Choice Awards.
“ABE is truly honored to celebrate this achievement with our staff, airport stakeholders, and customers. We appreciate everyone who voted to ensure the Lehigh Valley was once again recognized on the national stage,” said Thomas R. Stoudt, Executive Director, Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA).
Sixteen (16) airports nationwide were nominated and the top ten winners in this category are ranked as follows:
1) Huntsville International Airport | Huntsville, AL
2) Lehigh Valley International Airport | Allentown, PA
3) Seattle Paine Field | Everett, WA
4) Blue Grass Airport | Lexington, KY
5) Santa Barbara Airport | Santa Barbara, CA
6) Manchester-Boston Regional Airport | Manchester, NH
