Program Introduction
Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) is committed to providing a safe and secure travel experience for all customers. Passenger safety is our highest priority.
To enhance customer safety and peace of mind, W.I.N.G.S. (Walking Into Night Guide Service) is available after dusk and during late-night hours for any customer or passenger who would feel more comfortable being accompanied to their vehicle.
Airport Guides are available to escort customers to the following locations:
- Short-Term Parking Lot
- Long-Term Parking Lot
- Overflow Parking Lot
- Multi-Modal Transportation Center
- Trans-Bridge Parking Area
To request an Airport Guide, please visit the Passenger Services Desk located on the first level of the Main Terminal or contact the Operations Center using any Courtesy Phone located throughout the terminal.
