Need assistance? Visit our Passenger Services Desk on the first floor of the Main Terminal, call 610-266-6000, text 484-240-5224, or schedule assistance using the link below.

  • Wheelchair Assistance – We are committed to making travel accessible for everyone. Wheelchair assistance is available upon arrival to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Passengers may request a wheelchair curbside, at their airline’s ticket counter, or upon arrival at the gate.
  • Escorting a Person with Special Needs – Passengers who require help navigating security checkpoints may request gate passes for their companions directly from their airline. When traveling with children, we recommend arranging gate passes at the time of booking with your airline.
  • Skycap Service – Friendly airport representatives are stationed throughout the terminal to assist travelers with luggage handling and provide general travel guidance. Our Skycaps are committed to delivering courteous, efficient service to ensure a welcoming airport experience.
  • Family Assistance
    • Family Restrooms are located on the lower level of the Main Terminal, and the in Gate Concourse near Dunkin’.
    • Travelling alone with small children or with friends or family whom may need extra help? Reserve an extra set of hands to make your journey easier.
