Passenger Services

Wheelchair, Skycap and Family Assistance are easy to arrange. Stop by the Passenger Services Desk located on the lower level when you arrive or request assistance from your Airline’s representative.  For added convenience, curbside call buttons are located in front of each vestibule on the departing level, and you can also call us to request service at 610-266-6000.

  • Wheelchair Assistance – We are committed to making travel accessible for everyone. Wheelchair assistance is available upon arrival to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Passengers may request a wheelchair curbside, at their airline’s ticket counter or upon arrival at the gate.
  • Escorting a Person with Special Needs – Passengers who require help navigating security checkpoints may request gate passes for their companions directly from their airline. To ensure a smooth experience, especially when traveling with children, we recommend arranging gate passes at the time of booking
  • Skycap Service – Friendly airport representatives are stationed throughout the terminal to assist travelers with luggage handling and provide general travel guidance. Our Skycaps are committed to delivering courteous, efficient service to ensure a smooth and welcoming airport experience.
  • Family Assistance
    • Family Restrooms located in the Main Terminal, lower level and the Gate Concourse.
    • Travelling alone with small children or with friends or family whom may need extra help? Reserve an extra set of hands to make your journey easier.
  • W.I.N.G.S Program – Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) is committed to providing a safe and secure travel experience for our passengers. W.I.N.G.S is available after dusk / late-night hours for any customers or passengers that may feel more comfortable being accompanied to their vehicle in any of out parking areas.
