Steady in September

October 27th, 2020 |

25,545 passengers travel through ABE

(Hanover Township, PA) – With service returning to the flight schedule, and a new destination ready for takeoff in the coming months, passenger traffic remained steady during September at Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE).

Last month, 25,545 passengers traveled through ABE – a 61.7 percent decrease from September ’19.

“Typically, September slows down in regards to passenger activity. It’s encouraging that your neighborhood airport saw a slight uptick as confidence and trust continues growing among air travelers using ABE and other airports across the nation during the pandemic,” said Thomas R. Stoudt, Executive Director, LNAA.
