ALLENTOWN, PA – The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA) is honoring their customers this week as part of a new customer experience focus.

Wednesday the authority will host a luncheon for their monthly Stakeholder’s meeting and a Tenant Social Hour from 4-5 p.m. at Hangar 7.

Thursday will round out the week with a Passenger Appreciation Celebration from 9 – 11 a.m.  The Passenger Appreciation Celebration, the largest event planned for the week will host an array of giveaway items, refreshments, a photo area with aviation-themed props and even some surprise guests in the terminal for those passengers departing and arriving between those hours.
