LNAA Celebrates First Annual Customer Experience Week

ALLENTOWN, PA – The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA) is honoring their customers this week as part of a new customer experience focus.
From Monday, October 20 through Thursday, October 22, LNAA will recognize all their diverse customers. The week began with an employee-wide staff breakfast and invitation to the Key Staff meeting held Monday’s at 9 a.m. Tuesday, staff members could participate in a tour of key airport facilities, as well as lunch at the final stop. Wednesday the authority will host a luncheon for their monthly Stakeholder’s meeting and a Tenant Social Hour from 4-5 p.m. at Hangar 7.
Thursday will round out the week with a Passenger Appreciation Celebration from 9 – 11 a.m. The Passenger Appreciation Celebration, the largest event planned for the week will host an array of giveaway items, refreshments, a photo area with aviation-themed props and even some surprise guests in the terminal for those passengers departing and arriving between those hours.
Executive Director, Charles Everett, is excited about the new initiative. “The customer experience has been one of our main focus areas for the past 2 years. We have been working to be a better neighbor and community partner, as well as offer a better experience for passengers traveling through LVIA. We are celebrating these efforts by touching all of our different customers this week, as a way to say thank you for your continued support of this airport”.
