Customer Appreciation Week at LVIA from October 2nd – 6th

Events planned to show our appreciation starting with Passenger Appreciation Day
(Hanover, PA) – For a third consecutive year, the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA) is hosting Customer Appreciation Week at Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVIA) to say “thank you” to all of our passengers, tenants and stakeholders in the Lehigh Valley.
This special week of recognitions starts on Monday, October 2nd with Passenger Appreciation Day, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Air travelers moving through the Main Terminal and Wilfred M. “Wiley” Post, Jr. Departure Concourse will enjoy delicious treats before boarding or when arriving back in the Lehigh Valley. Plus, they can participate in an online survey, learn more about our “Thanks Again” traveler rewards program, and of course there are visits scheduled from the COPE Therapy dogs and their handlers.
“This is really an important week for the Airport Authority, as we get the opportunity to demonstrate our appreciation for the loyalty and strong support from customers throughout the year,” said Thomas R. Stoudt, Interim Executive Director, Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority.
During “Customer Appreciation Week” (and during Oct. 9th -13th), LVIA is also hosting another temporary TSA Pre✓® Open Enrollment Center in the Aviator Conference Room on the 2nd level of the Main Terminal from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please click here or visit tsa.gov. The expedited screening of the TSA Pre✓® program enables identified low-risk air travelers to enjoy a more efficient screening experience. Applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable $85 fee and TSA Pre✓® is valid for five years.
